Today's PioneersThe spirit of AT&T Pioneers - caring for those in need - began in 1911 and has continued building momentum ever since. Just as AT&T has had to change to remain viable, so have the AT&T Pioneers. Our Pioneer strategy is firmly aligned with that of AT&T. AT&T Pioneers have positioned AT&T as a corporate leader in volunteerism. Whether it's tutoring students in reading, giving Hug-A-Bears to traumatized children, refurbishing a home for families fleeing from an abusive environment, partnering to clean up the environment, or playing a major role during and after natural disasters, AT&T Pioneers can be found making a difference in our communities around the world. AT&T Pioneers are the primary force behind the AT&T CARES program which has brought AT&T in close touch with the communities we serve. Active employees and retirees are working together to help others and are finding personal growth opportunities, building stronger teams with their work groups, and spending quality time with family members. Becoming an AT&T Pioneer is easy. There's NO length of service or age requirement to join. Employees are eligible to become AT&T Pioneers from their first day of employment. Pioneering can be a family affair because we welcome spouses, partners, and children when we work on volunteer projects. Enroll now to become a member of the Jersey Shore Club. When you enroll, 65% of your $15 yearly dues goes towards community service projects in New Jersey. Former AT&T employees can also join by writing us at JerseyShore@attnjpioneers.org. The Jersey Shore Club is comprised of employees in these Monmouth County locations.
