Byram Day, Saturday, September 6, 2008.  Fun filled family day in Byram at C O Johnson Field. Day begins at 8:00 am with a 5k run and ends with fireworks around 8:30 pm. Volunteers sought to assist with Food Concession booth selling Italian Ice and cold beverages as well as manning a vendor booth assisting with Vial of Life. Vial of Life is a kit for emergencies that provides medical and contact information to emergency responders.  Form is completed, photo is attached, instructions on where to place label in the home.  A Vial of Life will help to speak for someone when they are unable to speak for themselves.
