Helpful Info

September, 2004:   The AT&T TelecomPioneer Life Member Club has prepared two very useful documents to inventory your financial assets and record your wishes for the future.  The documents were prepared by the Retiree Assistance and Support Group in the Life Member Club to help provide telephone contacts and a guide for those we may one day leave behind.  It will help ensure that all retiree benefits are made available as quickly as possible.  Do complete it as soon as possible to create a record of all your assets and allow those that are dear to you to follow any special instructions important to you.  Your loved ones should, of course, know where the record can be found.  We hope these documents fill an important need.  Please remember that the information offered is subject to change and such change must be taken into account as time goes on.
Document #1 in PDF format: Personal Data Document
Document #2 in PDF format: Notification Process and Information Sources
